My third and final Fred Pryor training of the summer. (I was going to do four, but #4 got bumped in favor of a training on Analytics on Demand.)
Team building is SUPER important in my organization. When your staff provide customer service, they have to feel confident and supported to do their very best.
In this training, we talked about some of the same issues as the other two management trainings I did this summer: the importance of self esteem for managers; communication; working with your team in ways that honor their communication style and information needs. We also touched on the importance of transparency to build trust.
